1. Acceptance of Terms

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) account with zggwin. Creating multiple accounts, using accounts registered in another person's name, or allowing others to access your account is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances and winnings. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

2.3 Restricted Jurisdictions

Use of the Service is prohibited in jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal or restricted by law. You represent and warrant that you are not accessing the Service from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited. zggwin reserves the right to restrict access to the Service from certain jurisdictions at our sole discretion.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

All deposits to your zggwin account must be made using payment methods accepted by the Company, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other Philippine financial institutions, and such other payment methods as we may designate from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (PHP 100.00), unless otherwise specified for particular payment methods or promotions.

Deposits are processed immediately upon successful transaction completion by your payment provider. zggwin does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees. You acknowledge that deposits are made for gaming purposes and are non-refundable except as expressly provided in these Terms or required by applicable law.

3.2 Withdrawals

You may withdraw funds from your zggwin account balance at any time, subject to these Terms and any applicable wagering requirements for bonuses or promotions. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to an alternative method approved by the Company. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are specified in your account dashboard.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) hours, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and verification requirements. zggwin reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or first-time withdrawals. Failure to provide requested verification documents may result in withdrawal delays or denial.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering

zggwin is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. We comply with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations in the Philippines and internationally. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities. We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities and to freeze accounts pending investigation.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

zggwin may offer bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback, and other incentives to Users from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum bet limits, which will be clearly stated in the applicable promotion terms.

Wagering requirements specify the amount you must wager before bonus funds or winnings from bonus funds become withdrawable. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must wager thirty times the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted. Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements, with slots typically contributing 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute less or not at all.

zggwin reserves the right to modify, cancel, or refuse bonuses at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of suspected bonus abuse, violation of promotion terms, or fraudulent activity. Only one bonus may be active per User account at any time unless otherwise specified. Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value outside their use in gameplay on the Service.

Abuse of promotions, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, coordinated play, or any other attempt to gain unfair advantage, will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings, account closure, and potential legal action.

5. Gameplay Rules and Fair Gaming

5.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the zggwin platform has specific rules governing gameplay, betting options, payouts, and other mechanics. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game before playing. Game rules are accessible within each game interface or in our game information section. In the event of any conflict between game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

5.2 Random Number Generation and Fairness

6. Prohibited Activities

• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activities;

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other Users' accounts or Company systems.

Violation of any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and potential legal action. zggwin reserves the right to report illegal activities to law enforcement authorities.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

zggwin reserves the right to suspend or close User accounts at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms or any other Company policy;
• Fraudulent activity or suspected money laundering;
• Failure to provide requested verification documents;
• Abusive or inappropriate behavior toward other Users or staff;
• Prolonged account inactivity;
• Request by the User for account closure;
• Legal or regulatory requirements.

Upon account closure, any remaining balance in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification of your identity and compliance with these Terms. However, if your account is closed due to violation of these Terms or fraudulent activity, zggwin reserves the right to forfeit all balances and winnings.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion options are also available for Users who wish to take a break from gaming for responsible gambling reasons.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the zggwin platform, including but not limited to software, games, graphics, logos, text, images, video, audio, trademarks, service marks, and other intellectual property, is owned by or licensed to zggwin and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, or exploit any content from the Service without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zggwin, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using the Service and close your account. In no event shall zggwin's total liability to you exceed the amount of deposits you have made to your account in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc., or such other arbitration body as we may designate.

Prior to initiating arbitration, you agree to first contact zggwin customer support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may proceed to arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and held in Metro Manila, Philippines, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.

You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against zggwin. All disputes must be brought on an individual basis only.
